Since our founding back in 1985, our interstate trucking company has impressed clients with our ability to offer in-home, “white glove” delivery and setup of electronics during the evening hours of 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.–the timeslot commonly referred to as prime time. Customers caught on quickly that we were more than just a flashy name, but a company that provided prime time services while most other companies shut down for the day.
As our company grew, we continued to expand our business to meet the increasing demand for damage-free delivery services throughout the greater Phoenix area. In 1991, we began delivering home furnishings as well as electronics while also expanding our service area to include all of Arizona.
It was also around this time that we applied for and received the Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification for interstate transport. This allowed us the ability to provide our delivery services anywhere in the United States.
With our DOT-certification in hand, we began to expand the reach of our company further. By 1993, we had established ourselves throughout Southern California, Southern Nevada, New Mexico, and West Texas. Just a few years later, in 1999, we expanded to include all of Texas as well as Oklahoma to our service area. During all of this time, however, we never stopped providing our “white glove” delivery throughout our home state of Arizona.
Between the years of 2004 and 2007, our company merged with Caldwell Freight Lines of Lenoir, NC, to form one of the largest specialized furniture transportation companies in the country. While this increased size was nice, we realized that what we wanted to do was return to providing top-tier regional delivery services to the clients that helped us grow into the successful company we are today. That is why, upon our request, the merger was ended.
Since the very beginning, our focus has always been on delivering delivery services that you can rely on to be on-time, valuable, and damage-free.
