DFW Hotshot is much MORE than a local delivery company. We are a family-owned asset-based LTL and Full Truckload transportation service and trucking company.
In early January 2000, DFW Hot Shot began operations with just one bobtail truck. When the company began, our original intent was to provide hot shot delivery services to customers in the DFW Commercial Zone. On day one, the company opened its doors with a single 24′ long bobtail truck and one driver. However, after just a few short years of continued success and growth, Raymundo Prieto, the company’s owner, decided to expand its operations and services. In 2004, he incorporated the business, and DFW Hot Shot Delivery Service became DFW Hot Shot, Inc.
Today, DFW Hot Shot, Inc. has created a great company environment and grown to a fleet of 61 plus trucks and more than 350 dry van trailers, combined with 53 and 57 footers. Our current capacity allows us to utilize about four trailers per truck, providing a smooth and efficient operation.

This emphasis on driver satisfaction and focus on top service has allowed DFW Hot Shot to continually grow its solid and loyal customer base year after year.
